2 miles=15 minutes. here I come

Hi I'm Cat,I play field hockey and swim and I am currently getting back into shape and getting of my weight for good! Over the last year I have gain 15 pounds and lost my body. June 4th,2011 I tore my ACL in a Lacrosse play off game. I had surgery last summer and missed out playing Field Hockey my freshman year of HS. This summer my goal is to get in shape and be able to run 2 mile in 15 minutes or under! Whos ready to help me?
